Strategic planning
Pre-Production

Second step of the production happens a few days before the event once all arrangements have been made, the team will then start the setup and the rehearsals of the production to make sure everything will run smoothly
- Technical run-through
- Role Assesment
- Check listing
- Equipment setup
- Finalization of schedules

Every Platform has its known qualities it can provide, last thing any live production needs is downtime or a delay in showtime due to poor quality
- Bandwidth requirements
