What We
Do

Behind the scenes

Strategic planning

Pre-Production

First step to any event production is the pre-production. This starts off days, weeks or event months before the event. This is where the production team comes together and discusses the pitch of the client to proceed with all other planning and work together to reach the goal of the client.

On-Site

Second step of the production happens a few days before the event once all arrangements have been made, the team will then start the setup and the rehearsals of the production to make sure everything will run smoothly

Show day

Third step of production, “THE BIG DAY” this is the day of the event, where it all comes down to. There is no turning back and everything needs to tie together. The whole production team arrives early and does one last rehearsal if needed

Loud-Out

Forth and final step of production. Even though the event is over, it is not yet over for the production team. It is time to pack up and clean up

Digital Experience

Platform integration

Broadcast

You have to know where your limits are with broadcasting live or pre-recorded events. Not all platforms can be used for any broadcast and you need to know the terms and conditions for each platform

Quality

Every Platform has its known qualities it can provide, last thing any live production needs is downtime or a delay in showtime due to poor quality
